KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term trainings, including in-service courses, to enhance the efficiency of Teachers in their professional growth and development.Teachers are encouraged to participate in and complete various courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and KVS.In-house training programme were conducted at the Vidyalaya level to provide the knowledge of changes due to the implementation of NEP and NCF. Training were conducted to acquaint teachers about CBQ and CBL.Further teachers were sent for training time to time conducted at regional level and by ZIET Bhubaneswar, offline as well as online.
